Do you support image‑encoded PDFs?
Yes. Our intake is designed to handle tricky, image‑encoded documents that commonly trip up generic models. We perform robust parsing before the abstracting steps to improve recall and structure.

Where is my data stored?
Uploaded files and generated artifacts are saved to your project’s storage (see the app for document file listings). Private plans keep your data out of training; public/community usage may allow opt‑in sharing.
Can I see sources or supporting text?
Yes. We retain processed artifacts (like text/markdown) and associate extracted content with sections, which supports verification and downstream reviews.
How do I improve results for my portfolio?
Start with the Short or Long form presets, then toggle fields to match your lease styles. Use field‑level feedback after runs to guide refinements. Over time, the system adapts to your preferences.
What are the current limitations?
Extremely poor scans, rotated pages without text orientation hints, or handwritten terms can reduce accuracy. For these, try re‑scanning, deskewing, or adding clarifying context.
Is my data used for training?

What can I export?
